Structure:
The conveyor transmit system across through the loop detector which is consists of up and down two vertical magnetic probes.
Principle:
Needle detector passing tunnel has a magnetic field.
While any magnetic metal (Iron/cobalt/nickel) passes though the magnetic field, will cause a change in the magnetic field.
The varying magnetic field will caused an electric field. Machine can processing this signal to alarm.
Preparation before testing:
A, Machine installation stable
B, Power supply voltage stable
C, No large motor or fan close to machine.
D, Running without product, sensitivity led level not change much.
9-points testing of needle detector:
According to the design structure and the distribution of magnetic field.
Can divided the magnetic cross section into 9 regions.
Point 5 it is the weakness place, to test the sensitivity.
Point 7/9/3/1 to test the valid detecting area.
Point 8/2 to test top and bottom probe sensitivity if any missing area point.
